Refund Policy

At Earnify, we strive to provide the best quality online education and learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.
Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

The issue is caused by a technical error on our platform (e.g., double payment, course access not granted).

If these conditions are met, your refund will be approved after verification.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

You have already accessed a significant portion (over 10%) of the course.

You completed or downloaded any course materials.

You are dissatisfied based on personal preference after course access.

You enrolled using a discount, scholarship, or promotional code.

You failed to complete the course due to personal reasons unrelated to Earnify’s service quality.

3. Refund Process
If your refund request qualifies:

Email your request to support@earnify-edu.com with your order ID and reason for refund.

Our team will review your case within 5 working days.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Course Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may request a course replacement of equal value within 7 days of purchase. This option helps learners continue their journey without interruption.
